Felt Gears are made out of fine micron wool. They are mainly used to lubricate gears in closed gear boxes. Felt Pinion or Felt Gear is used with your lubrication system to lubricate the rack and pinion. It is recommended to use any Automatic Lubrication System, which pumps grease through a felt gear applicator and meshes directly to the pinion or the rack.
